Best covers
1. #2 informal, #3 informal , #10 formal, #19 formal, #26 informal, #31 informal, #36 formal, #37 environmental
This photo is a little fuzzy but a good cover. The person posing is showing i despair. The arrows symbolizing the fate of the person in the portrait. The background brings out the the person posing a lot. Its gives good detail. Could have a little bit of better quality. But it is showing a message to the public.

he controversial April 1968 magazine cover depicting Muhammad Ali impaled by six arrows appeared on the heels of his refusal to be inducted into the U.S. Army because of his religious beliefs. (Ali, convicted violating the Selective Service Act, was barred from the ring and stripped of his title.) The cover, the second of three Esquire covers defending Ali, shows the boxer martyred as St. Sebastian, a patron saint of athletes and one who was shot with arrows for his steadfast religious beliefs. This was one of the covers designed by George Lois, Esquires Art Director during the 1960s.This photo is a little fuzzy but a good cover. The person posing is showing i despair. Magazine cover introduction
1. Five things I should think about are the images appeal, familiar recognition from issue to issue , worth the money and time , arousing curiosity, and efficient fast easy to scan .

Self Portraits and Portraits part 2
Tips
- Think about your motivation and emotions: Blankly staring at the camera rarely gets good results. Be silly, don’t be afraid to over-act. The worst that can happen is that you fill up your memory card with useless photos; but you might also find yourself with a proper gold-nugget of a self portrait.
- If you’ve got a remote trigger, that’s usually a better and more controllable than trying to use the self-timer.
- If you can, hook up your camera directly to your computer (or, for extra-fancy bonus points, your TV) so you can see your pictures come up as you take ‘em. It’s a lot easier to iterate and to make gradual improvements to your photos that way.

Environmental Photos

These two are my favorite photos because they look very interesting. They show lots of detail. They aren't boring pictures and show lots of emotions.
casual photos
These two photos are my favorite casual portraits because they show lots of emotions and shows lots of detail. The color is very good and it isn't a boring.
When I do my self portrait assignment I'm going to shoot Frankie Torres. I figured I shoot her out in the courtyard because there is alot of open space and I can really work with her. What I will do to make the shot successful is taking clear shots. Making sure I get creative. Not stand in the same spot over and over again. Make sure when I'm outside that I'm not facing the sun otherwise the shot will come out white and you won't be able to see the picture. I will make sure to get balance and maybe even the rule of thirds.
Portraits and self portraits
Favorite self portrait
Favorite professional portrait
I think what makes a good photo is the quality and detail. If it looks like a very interesting and detailed photo then its a good photo. It shouldn't be a photo that has little detail and isn't very interesting. A boring photo shows nothing at all. I don't know what style i would like to use the next time i have a camera. I haven't mastered much of the styles and I'm not familiar with all of them.

Ethics in Fashion Photography
1. They changed her lips ,raised her neck , changed her hair by making it longer, made her eyes a little bigger, smoothed out her face.
2. It is not ethically to change a persons appearance because its not really them. It makes her look completely different.
3. Some circumstances are the person and how she would think it would be like to change her appearance because she doesn't look like that in person.
4. I believe none of the changes are okay but in some points changing the eyes to make them look bigger and not so small could be an okay change.
5. Fashion photography is the pictures are taken and edited. Your not taking an actually picture of an event going on, you have someone set up a theme and a model and then the photographer takes the picture. Then it is edited to make it look better. Photojournalism is photos that are taken of something that is actually going on. For example your finding things to take photos of and aren't editing and advertising it but expressing your creativity and showing everything that is going on in a picture.
6. Each type of photography has to do with a an event or a theme going on in reality. Its an actual picture expressing something.

Abandoned theme parks
1. The theme park that I think would be cool and I like to visit would be Russian Village, Niigata Japan. Its a really interesting place and even though it is abandoned and run down it still looks kinda nice. Like not much is wrong with it. Its very detailed and has a lot of interesting rides and activities that would be good for taking pictures. Its not a boring spot.
Five unusual places:
1.Shidaka’s Utopia, Beppu, Kyushu, Japan
2.Nara Dreamland, Nara, Japan
3.Spreepark, Berlin, Germany
4.Koka Family Land, Shiga, Japan
5.Takakanonuma Greenland, Hobara, Japan
Takakanonuma Greenland would be a good place to document because its a really creepy place to be at. They have a lot of spooky sites which makes everything all the more interesting. There's lots of trees and grass taking over the park making it look kinda forest like. Like its in the middle of no where. Id expect to take photos that are kind of dark. They be a lil spooky because its a spooky place.
I would need to take a camera of course. A tripod. Maybe a couple of different lenses to zoom in further or get a better detailed picture. I would need to shoot during a weekend and lots of money for hotel expenses and food and flight.
