Lead: They were the famous orphans of the cold war being only 6 and 10 years old in 1953 when their parents were executed at Sing Sing for delivering atomic-bomb secrets to the Soviet Union. Then they were whisked from an unwanted limelight to urban anonymity and eventually to suburban obscurity.

Pilot sends plane into dive after mistaking Venus for oncoming plane


Who? The pilot is the who.
Who is involved? In the article the pilot and the passengers are who are involved.
Who does/did the situation affect? It affects the pilot and their reputation. The passengers because they might have gotten injured or were afraid of something happening. It also affects the flight company business and reputation.

What? Pilot takes a plane dive believing that their was another plane coming.
What is happening? Passengers are relieved but concern when the pilot takes an emergency dive.
What did happen? Thought that their was another plane coming when it really was the planet Venus.
What are the consequences? His job can be in jeopardy and the passengers could be hurt. The business could lose money because of this incident.
What is different about this? The fact that this pilot failed miserably is whats different.
What are the choices? Could of took a risk and went through the light or could of took evasive action. Also he could take this as a learning experience. These are the choices.

How do you feel about this? I feel the pilot should of got a second look before making a conclusion on whether it was a plane or not. Since it was just Venus it put everyone in danger and that would of been an even worse situation.

Who is involved? 6 year old girl, police officer, the principal of Creekside Elementary and all of its students and faculty.

What are the choices? Put her in handcuffs, tried talking to her, decided to take her to juvenile, and set her free after she reached her contact.

How do you feel about this? I feel that here going on a rampage as a six year old isn't healthy. There is obviously some personal issues going on. Also since she is so young it is good that they released her when here aunt called.

What is different about this? A caring man end up being penalized
What are the choices? Decided to let him graduate

The picture caught my eye and it made me think of what actually goes on in that building. The history about it being paranormal is very cool to me because I love the paranormal. Also the setting in the background gives off a spooky mood to.
